The KTeV E799 experiment has conducted a search for the rare decays KL2!0?0æ+æ- and KL2!0?0X02!?0?0æ+æ-, where the X0 is a possible new neutral boson that was reported by the HyperCP experiment with a mass of (214.3 ± 0.5) MeV/c2. We find no evidence for either decay. We obtain upper limits of Br(KL2!0?0X0 2!?0?0æ+æ-) 1.0 x 10sup-10/sup and Br(KsubL/sub2!?sup0/sup?sup0/supæsup+/supæsup-/sup) 9.2 x 10sup-11/sup at the 90% confidence level. This result rules out the pseudoscalar Xsup0/sup as an explanation of the HyperCP result under the scenario that the ds̄X

We present results from a search for the flavor-changing neutral current decays B[yields] K[ell][sup+][ell][sup -] and B[yields] K*[ell][sup+][ell][sup -], where[ell][sup+][ell][sup -] is either an e[sup+]e[sup -] or[mu][sup+][mu][sup -] pair. The data sample comprises 22.7 x 10[sup 6][Upsilon](4S)[yields] B[bar B] decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II B Factory. We obtain the 90% C.L. upper limits[Beta](B[yields] K[ell][sup+][ell][sup -])

We present a search for the rare decays B → K+?{bar?} and B° → K°?{bar?} using 459 million B{bar B} pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Flavor-changing neutral-current decays such as these are forbidden at tree level but can occur through one-loop diagrams in the Standard Model (SM), with possible contributions from new physics at the same order. The presence of two neutrinos in the final state makes identification of signal events challenging, so reconstruction in the semileptonic decay channels B → D{sup (*)}l? of the B meson recoiling from the signal B is used to suppress backgrounds. We set an upper limit at the 90% confidence level of 1.3 x 10−5 on the total branching fraction for B+ → K+?{bar {nu}}, and 5.6 x 10−5 for B° → K°{nu}{bar {nu}}. We additionally report partial branching fractions in two ranges of di-neutrino mass squared for B+ → K+{nu}{bar {nu}}.

The authors have searched for the decays B{sup 0} {yields} D{sub s}{sup +}a{sub 0}{sup -}, B{sup 0} {yields} D*{sub s}{sup +} a{sub 0}{sup -}, B{sup 0} {yields} D{sub s}{sup +}a{sub 2}{sup -} and B{sup 0} {yields} D*{sub s}{sup +} a{sub 2}{sup -} in a sample of about 230 million {Upsilon}(4S) {yields} B{bar B} decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factory at SLAC. They find no evidence for these decays and set upper limits at 90% C.L. on the branching fractions: {Beta}(B{sup 0} {yields} D{sub s}{sup +} a{sub 0}{sup -})

The authors report on the search for the rare decays B 2!D{sup (*)+} K{sub s}° in approximately 226 million [Upsilon](4S) 2!B{bar B} decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEp-II asymmetric-energy B factory at SLAC. They do not observe any significant signal and they set 90% confidence level upper limits on the branching fractions, [Beta](B 2!D+K°)
